We partner with reliable global suppliers and third-party logistics providers to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Since we operate a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days (Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays in the origin country and your destination country.)
Please note:
- The above time frame starts once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier (you’ll receive a tracking number via email at that point).
- Processing time is usually 1–3 business days before the item is shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. We offer flat-rate or free shipping thresholds when applicable (see banners or checkout for current promotions).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- For orders shipped outside the United States/EU (depending on your warehouse location), you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees levied by your destination country.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Delays
While we do everything possible to meet the stated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High order volume or holidays
- Customs clearance procedures (international orders)
- Weather or carrier issues

Lost or Delayed Packages
